    AB 1173 (Keene) - DRA supports AB 1173 which would require water purveyor's to install meters in each rental unit of a multiunit residential structure by the specified time and require multi-unit residential property owners to disclose in writing to potential tenants the method with which  their water bill will be calculated.  (April 17, 2007)

    AB 690 (Jones)  - DRA supports AB 690 which would prohibit water companies regulated by the California Public Utilities Commission from receiving a profit on infrastructure or water supply investments made from sources other than the water companies' owners and investors. (April 17, 2007).
