California Solar Initiative (CSI)

DRA is pleased to support the California Solar Initiative (CSI) through participation in the CPUC's CSI proceeding. DRA seeks to promote solar energy at the lowest possible cost to ratepayers as the cornerstone of California's effort to promote clean and renewable energy alternatives.

Background

DRA has been an active participant in the CSI proceeding. The CSI proceeding operates under CPUC Rulemaking R.08-03-008.

DRA Policy Postion on CSI

DRA has contributed in the CSI proceeding through the following formalr CPUC filings:

June 17, 2008: DRA filed comments on the proposed Measurement and Evaluation Plan for CSI.
May 12, 2008: DRA filed comments on proposed changes to require more energy efficiency in homes before those homes are eligible for CSI.
April 24, 2008: DRA filed a response to a Petition for Modification of Decision 06-01-024 by California Center for Sustainable Energy and California Solar Energy Industries Association regarding the Solar Water Heating Pilot Program.
April 11, 2008: DRA filed a Prehearing Conference Statement outlining DRA's prefered proceeding scope and schedule.
March 26, 2008: DRA filed comments on the proposed Multi-Family Low Income CSI program.
