    2017 General Rate Case

     

    Background

    On January 4, 2016, the San Gabriel Water filed its Application with the CPUC, proposing to increase its revenues for both of its divisions, starting July 1, 2017:    

     

    Los Angeles County

    July 2017:  $14,476,800 increase or 24.8%  

    July 2018:  Additional of $3,599,800 increase or 5.0%  

    July 2019:  Additional increase of $4,778,200 or 6.4% 

           

    Fontana

    July 2017:  $20,607,600 increase or 38.6% 

    July 2018:  Additional increase of $1,760,400 or 2.3%  

    July 2019:  Additional increase of $2,664,800 or 3.4%  

      

      

    ORA Position

    ORA is currently performing its initial review of San Gabriel Water’s Application, and expects to file its Protest on February 8, 2016.
