California Advanced Services Fund (CASF)

In 2007, the CPUC established the CASF Program as the state's primary funding source for new broadband infrastructure in unserved and underserved areas of California.

California Teleconnect Fund (CTF)

The CTF program, funded by a customer surcharge, provides a 50% discount on select communications services (including measured business service lines, T-1, internet access) to schools, libraries, hospitals, and non-profit organizations.
