DRA's website contains useful information on DRA's policy positions and advocacy efforts to protect California ratepayers in the areas of Energy, Communications, and Water regulation related to California Investor Owned Utlities (IOU). For each of these areas of regulation DRA maintains a main page that describes all the activities and programs in which DRA is currently active. You will find dedicated program and proceeding pages that contain DRA's policy and litigation positions and links to DRA's position documents such as testimony and formal comments on CPUC proceedings and California legislation.
